New Features added to our webpage

We have updated our webpage to allow easier access to our new crime mapping and crime tips technology. Please see the tabs at the top of the webpage where we have replaced the blotter tab with a tab called "crime map" that links users directly to our crime map.

We will be doing more upgrades to our webpage in the near future so check back often.
